Mrs. Christy is a lifelong resident of St. Martin, where she graduated in 2004. She continued her education at the University of Southern Mississippi, where she received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She taught for two years as a third- and fourth-grade teacher at D’Iberville Elementary School. She is married to Chad Radich, who is currently in the Marine Corps, and they have two daughters and one son. She was student teaching in kindergarten when she learned the coast needed a good learning center for children.
She began researching and after some really hard work and dedication, she opened Future Scholars Learning Center in 2012, where she is very happy to see children of all ages growing and learning socially, emotionally and academically!
Mrs. Amy Franovich (Ocean Springs Center Director)
Mrs. Amy grew up in George County, where she graduated high school and then moved to Ocean Springs. She is married to Brandon, a police officer, and they have two children. She has always enjoyed working with children and watching them grow. She has worked in child care for many years and has been working for FSLC since 2012.
Mrs. Nancy Mayfield (Lemoyne Center Director)
Mrs. Nancy is a resident of St. Martin, where she graduated in 1997. She has been married to her husband, Lee, and they have one son and one daughter. She has been working in child care for many years and has her child development associate degree. She really enjoys working with children and teaching them. It is very rewarding to her to watch them learn and grow!
Ms. Marlana is a lifetime resident of D'Iberville, MS and a D'Iberville High School graduate. She is married to Ernest and they have 4 daughters, 1 son, 1 granddaughter, 4 grandsons and 2 grand angels. She is also a proud US Air Force Veteran. She holds an Associates Degree in customer service and obtained her Child Development Associates while working at Future Scholars. She has been working in childcare since 2010 and has a true love for children. Ms. Marlana loves watching young children learn and grow.
